I love this! The Love Diet has already engaged 2 of my senses (sight and sound). I tried combining them and spoke words of affirmation to myself in the mirror just a few minutes ago. It was pretty powerful, and I hope I remind myself of how I looked and sounded when moments of doubt or self criticism creep in. Thanks! ~ Ronda
